Things to Note for CDCTA End of Year Awards Competitors

With the end of the competition year coming to a close on November 30th, there are a still a few things competitors need to keep in mind:

  • All points must be postmarked / emailed by December 5th this year to give points tabulators time to get the final results
  • End of the year results will be posted on the website on December 15th.  Please be sure to take a look to make sure your totals look right!  A number of things can happen such as tabulation errors, omissions, or oversights.  You have until Friday, December 23rd to contact the points tabulator with any concerns.  After than they are marked as final.  This gives CDCTA time to prepare for the end of the year awards
  • Winners of the 2015 perpetual trophies need to return their trophies by December 23rd to either Helen Hayn (Culpeper) or Trish Conk (Winchester).  Don’t live close to either?  Contact a CDCTA board of directors member and give it to them before December 13th.  Here is the contact information for our POCs:

CDCTA thanks you for continuing to support us, our sport, and our partner organizations by going to our shows and clinics.  I hope you all had a great year.  Take the winter off to reflect on all you have accomplished, all the hard work you and your horse have done, and give you & your horse some well needed rest!  Then when it thaws, ramp it all back up again for 2017.
