The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors is generally held on the second Tuesday of the month at Great Meadows, The Plains, Virginia. Typically the meetings run from 7:00 to 10 PM. These meetings are open to all members, and in fact, members at large are urged to attend. To get to Great Meadow – take I66 West to The Plains exit, turn left at the end of the ramp, go 1.2 miles to Main Great Meadow entrance on left. Straight ahead to the Summer House. To verify the date and location of any particular meeting, feel free to call any member of the Board.
